"I had purchased two items at a store in North Carolina and was told that if they didn’t fit or wasn’t satisfied I can return it or exchange it at a different store as long as I have the receipt. When I went back home I went to a cycle gear store to return an item and was given a lot of excuses to not be able to return or exchange them. After more than 20 minutes debating they said they would give me store credit. "

"Bought 2 items at this store on Orange Park, bought in a different day of course, guy was super nice , one of the reasons I bought too, did asked him about the return policy, he did explained to me, no problem.
Came home, tried those items, didn’t like it, decided to return those 2 items, simple right?
When to return 3 days later, was a different guy ( older guy), didn’t greeting or anything, he just look and gave his opinion on why I would like to return, and the way that he approached as well with girl fells a little sarcastic, at moment I came to return the 2 items , but I was so uncomfortable that I end up returning only one at that store and go to the one on Atlantic Blvd to return the other one, at that point I just want to leave the store.
My suggestion: go to the Atlantic store, worthy to drive unless you don’t care about the customer services.
